Refund and Cancellation Policy

Welcome to this web-site of NGO. We make public our policy on refund and cancellation of donations received for the social cause on payment gateway as under:-

a) No refund/cancellation for the donated amount by any donor will not be entertained, the online donations through the online payment gateway.
b) No refund/cancellation request for the donated amount by any donor will be entertained for online donations through the online payment gateway after the donation is accepted from our Online Payment Gateway service providers unless there is a fraud notification from our Payment Gateway Service Providers.
c) The donation will be used for the social developmental work being initiated by the Organization.
d) No cash or refund of money will be allowed.
e) For transactions not completed due to technical reasons, customers are requested to call the NGO customer service numbers +91-9350947498 for further details. personal use but not for any commercial use. You can download and you can print out hard copies of any part of the content on Kailasho Nihaal Sewa Sansthan online web site for our project related personal use. Uses beyond that allowed by the "Fair Use" limitations require permission of the publisher.
